Gairdner Cottage is a private, self-contained and modest retreat close to Albany's CBD and medical precinct. Comfortable, practical and private, it offers a relaxed base and everything needed for couples and solo travellers visiting Albany.

Compact but thoughtfully equipped, the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, EV charger, enclosed rear yard and wonderfully comfortable queen bed, along with parking for two vehicles, air-conditioning, laundry facilities and free WiFi.

The open-plan living area opens onto a sunny north-facing deck with cottage garden and hillside views — a peaceful base from which to attend to business or explore Albany and the Great Southern.
Original artworks, indoor plants and personal touches add warmth and character, while the enclosed yard means your dog can stay too.

For our vistiors with pets, we have a Pet Fee payable and Pet Policy for your agreeent prior to arrival.

Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof will required.

Deposit Policy

20% Deposit payment is required to secure your booking and constitutes guest acceptance of Standard Terms and Conditions.
80% Balance payment of the full rental tariff must be received 14 days prior to occupancy.
If not paid in full, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and to re-let the cottage.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (less $95 admin fee) for all cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Refund (less $95 admin fee) for days rebooked by other guess if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

No Show Policy

The full fee is payable if you do not show up.

Child Policy

Not suitable for children (1-12 years)

Check in is from 2pm.
