STATEMENT
The inspiration for my work is derived from my daily life, my spirituality and the hope that is instilled from their communion. This spiritual journey, usually a muddy struggle followed by seemingly out of the blue clarity, is precariously balanced. We are mere simple vessels marked by experiences; strengthened in spite of them through the love of Christ. The clay vessel is used as an analogy for unlikely people being filled with the spirit of God. It is spiritual inspiration that I rest on, trust in and grow through.
